In this article we will examine how licencing issued by the government takes away our rights and freedoms and converts them into privileges. Biggest topic will be driver’s licence but will touch down on a few other things as well.
What is a right? A right is defined as something one can do. They are absolutely important for freedom of the people in that they provide a dividing line between the state and them.
Generally governments are only suppose to pass laws in the best interests of the people but unfortunately it’s totally apparent, if one pays attention to legislation being passed by Parliament, our rights are being destroyed over time through incremental steps.
The people can not lawfully be forced or compelled into giving up their rights. They are given to us by God. A lot of people call these our birth rights, inalienable rights or God given rights. We are born with them. People would never give up their rights willingly or knowingly, they have to be psychologically manipulated into giving up their rights and freedoms blindly.
Inalienable Rights – Rights which are not capable of being surrendered or transferred without the consent of the one possessing such rights.

Also exercising our rights can not be converted into a crime. Most of legislation passed now a days actually does this. It’s a fact. All of these laws that restrict our rights and freedoms which convert them into privileges is known as Statutory Law.
Inalienable rights are upheld through the common law.
The common law is God’s law or Universal law and is based on the golden rule which states:
Do onto other as you have done onto you and do not unto others as you not have others do onto you.
Do onto other as you have done onto you and do not unto others as you not have others do onto you.
There are two fundamental principles of common law:
- Do not infringe upon the rights, freedoms or property of others, and
- Keep all contracts willingly, knowingly and intentionally (- means dedicated to obeying it).
- Do not infringe upon the rights, freedoms or property of others, and
- Keep all contracts willingly, knowingly and intentionally (- means dedicated to obeying it).
Before 1982 the Charter of Rights and Freedoms didn’t even exist in Canada. Canada is a lot older than that so did people have no rights because it wasn’t written in legislation? Of course not, people had to rely upon their common law rights, which they were born with!
By the way, The Charter of Rights and Freedoms does not even mention anything about property rights! Hope your happy with your phony constitution Canada!
Common law is basically do not harm anyone, do not steel from anyone , do not vandalize or invade anyone’s property and keep all contracts in honor, and do not infringe upon the rights of others done deal.
Now let us examine how we are manipulated into converting our right to travel into a privilege.
“The common law doctrine applicable generally to public highways in this country is that the public are entitled not only to a free passage along the traveled part, but to a free passage along any portion of it …”
~ POW v Township of West Oxford OWR 1908
~ POW v Township of West Oxford OWR 1908
When one goes and gets their licence they do a test which costs a fee (hang on a sec, I thought usage of highways are free). Once they pass the test they are issued a licence. When they sign to get that piece of plastic known as Driver’s Licence and/or Government identification, they are actually signing a contract agreeing to follow the rules and regulations of the “Highway Traffic Act”. That is where all the different fines and punishments are found when it’s comes to Drivers on the highway or road.
Meaning of words change over time, and governments usually change the meanings of the words so that people can be manipulated into giving up their freedoms and condition newer generations as the time slips into the future.
We now know what a right is so lets take a look at some more definitions of true meaning of words. Read everything please.

Back in the early 1900′s when transportation by operating a car became popular, people traveling on the road did not require to have a licence and insurance. Only people who were using a car for the purpose of making money like taxi’s and buses were required to have a licence and insurance. If one just used the car to get from point A to point B it was not required
Someone who makes money using a car is known as a driver and the car they are using is known as a commercial motor vehicle. Someone who is just traveling from point A to B is known as a traveller and the car is known as a private automobile. The distinction is very important!
The government has tricked everybody into thinking they are drivers, they are operating commercial vehicles and therefore need a licence. This is a scam.
In the Multi-lateral Agreement on investment (which Canada is a party to the negotiations) there is a section regarding taxes. Under the subsection titled “Fees, user charges and licences” read:
“Apart from vehicle licence fees, which are universally regarded as taxes….”
“Apart from vehicle licence fees, which are universally regarded as taxes….”
Vehicle licence fees are taxes that create unlawful revenue for the state. It is our absolute inalienable right to travel on the highways either on foot or by mechanical transportation device. Now a days the only way to travel on the road would be that one has to pay to get their licence and insurance, and re new their sticker every year or 2.and if they don’t do it, they will be fined. If one does not pay these fees then apparently they are not allowed to exercise their God given right.
It is our absolute inalienable right to vote for representation. Imagine if they started charging a $50 fee to vote. If one can not afford the unlawful fee then they can not vote. This is how they turn our rights into privileges. Use this analogy and mix it with the licence to drive.
They are licencing everything from hunting, to building houses. The more licencing happens the more our rights are stripped away.
The best thing to do would be to void all contracts like when you signed to get any licence, and just do it freely. Start exercising your rights and quit letting the government have so much control over your life. There are proper procedures to lawfully operate a car without a licence, but we dont have time to cover in this article. This article was more of an eye opener then actually using it as information on how to become free from this scam. Please look into it more.
MESSAGE FROM AUTHOR:
When they have the power to take your car away just because you do not have the paper work, in my opinion is unlawful.
Yes I agree people would need some type of certificate of proof that they know the rules of the road and know how to operate a car. But shouldn’t this education be free? Why isn’t there a class in high school that is strictly for the purposes of teaching students the rules of the road and how to operate the automobile. Why pay to re new a stupid sticker? What is wrong with your people??
And one does not need insurance. It used to be a choice, now it’s mandatory. People are paying insurance companies more than the car is worth? What is wrong with you people??
The problem is the government has us conditioned to not be liable for ourselves. In my opinion the longer one has traveled on the roads, the more experience they have and a better operator they are. As of today, In my opinion someone who is traveling on the road with a suspended licence and don’t have insurance are in fact a less of a danger on the road because they know they are 100% fully liable so they tend to be more careful. Someone who has insurance, just simply doesn’t give a shit as much because they know they will be reimbursed by their insurance company.
Instead of giving the insurance companies all your money, put all those monthly fee’s into a safe, so that one day when you do get into an accident, there is your money for a new car. Some people don’t get into an accident their whole lives and have paid thousands of dollars to insurance companies. What is wrong with you people? KEEP YOUR MONEY IN YOUR POCKET AND HAVE SOME CONFIDENCE IN YOURSELF ON THE ROAD!
THOSE WHO DO NOT FIGHT FOR THEIR RIGHTS DO NOT DESERVE THEM.
